Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Please review your order details carefully after placing your order.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before the order is processed, whichever comes first.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy instead.

Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

• Pre-orders or limited-release items cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

• Estimated delivery dates for pre-orders are provided as guidance and may be subject to change.

Subscription or Repeat Purchases (If Applicable)

• If you are subscribed to a recurring or repeat purchase option, you may modify or cancel future orders before the next billing cycle.

• Changes made after billing may apply to the following cycle.
