At CupCollective, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase.

COFFEE & CONSUMABLES
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unopened, unused, and fully sealed.
Opened coffee, consumables, and perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

MERCHANDISE (WRONG SIZE SELECTION)
Returns for incorrect size selection are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened or used coffee and consumables.
Perishable items.
Items not in original condition.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear photos of the item and packaging are required.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
